BytesWell provides freelance IT consultancy services. By engaging with our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. As a freelance operation, BytesWell is not yet formally registered as a commercial entity, but we operate transparently and professionally.
We offer IT consultancy and support including website administration, cloud solutions, AI integration, macOS support, Unifi solutions, and SEO setup. Specific deliverables are agreed upon with each client before work begins.
As a freelance consultancy, payment terms are agreed individually with each client. Work may begin after partial or full payment depending on the project scope.
BytesWell does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services or websites. While we strive for reliability, technical issues may occur. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services.
Clients retain ownership of their data and content. BytesWell retains ownership of any proprietary tools or frameworks developed independently. Deliverables created specifically for a client are transferred upon completion and payment.
Either party may terminate a freelance engagement with reasonable notice. Outstanding payments for completed work remain due.
We may update these Terms of Service as our business evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
